I am a London artist with an established practice based in ceramics .I make objects, installations and displays which include ceramic, glass and botanical elements. My work is presented in private and the public domain: commercial galleries, museums, retail outlets and private commissions. Collaborations have included working with Japanese artists, designers, florists, garden designers, conservators and filmmakers.
In 2009 I was awarded a Shape of Things bursary towards installation commission at the Bristol Museum and Art gallery.
Between 2005 and 2013 I have received 3 Arts Council Awards to develop work with Ikebana artist's in Japan, present 'Living wall' a glass and ceramic performance presented at Saatchi gallery and most recently for my participation in the Chelsea fringe festival with 'Tree follies' at the PM gallery & House and the Lambeth Garden museum.
I have over 20 years' of teaching experience in art, design and craft at further and higher education level including Foundation, B.A and M.A.
