Copyright is the basis of the creative industries internationally and nationally. Florian will present the fundamental principles of copyright to students at HSOA, From the act of creation to earning a livelihood. We will cover the scope of protection by copyright, the economic, moral rights, the duration etc, as well as basic of individual and collective contracts. Florian Koempel has been advising the creative industries (in particular music) for over 18 years and also lectures in several UK universities.
