Caroline Deane solo exhibition at Bloomsbury Gallery

The Bloomsbury Gallery is delighted to invite you to an exhibition by the wonderful artist Caroline Deane.

25 May - 5 June 2016

The Bloomsbury Gallery (34 Bloomsbury Street, London, WC1B 3QJ) is located just around the corner from the British Museum and is minutes from both tube and bus transport links.

The exhibition explores issues of both oil painting and figure drawings which came from her desire for simplicity and honesty we welcome you to be a part of these reflections.

"'There is something thrilling about what I call technique, I don't like
calling it that because it sounds like a trick, something you can pull
out of a hat - but it comes from a deep and fathomless place and moves
you. It can have something to do with canvas and paint, but it comes
primarily from some very deep decisions that the artist has made."
Quoted from Stuart Mackenzie, Glasgow School of Art.

Caroline will be running a one-day Simply Life Drawing workshop at HSoA on Sunday 12 June 2016 click here for more information
