Visiting Lecturer Bernard Cohen currently has an exhibition Interiors at the Flowers Gallery on Cork Street. The exhibition runs until 22 May.
Cohen now in his 88th year is considered one of Britain’s most significant painters, whose paintings tell stories about identity and experience.
As a Professor and Director of the Slade School of Fine Art, his teaching has influenced several British painters, including some of the tutors at the school.
His insight illuminated his lecture at the school, giving all the attendees new perspectives to think about.
